NJ Blueberries

Our agricultural horizons are continuing to expand this week! Today we ventured out to New Jersey to pick blueberries. The berries tasted amazing and the prices were fantastic. The weather has been beautiful and we loved getting out in the sunshine. We will definitely be making this a tradition!

Here are our poor little underage workers toiling in the field! Even Colin had no trouble picking out the ripe blueberries.

Jack was a pretty good sport, too. He grabbed one of Mike's blueberries and swallowed it whole!

The kids admiring the fruit. It is a little deceiving, because although it doesn't look like much in the photo, it's actually a large basket filled with 10lbs of berries. Only $11!
