After Class

Ok, she did it! She seemed really excited, happy, and proud. It was very hard to get any details from her, but I did gather that she worked on the Pledge of Allegiance, played with cars, ate goldfish crackers and water for snack time, earned a sticker for cleaning up, and lined up with her backpack to come home. We're so proud of her!

Also, on a funny side note, for the last few days Amelia has been asking me if I took my "synther-foid" today, which is funny because Mike asks me if I remembered to take my "synthroid" (medication) every morning! We've never mentioned it to her directly, but she doesn't miss anything!

Here she is running for Mike when class got out.

Here is her first project.

BTW- The poem says,

"Here are my hands with 10 fingers in all
My first mark in school to hang on the wall.
As the years go by, I'll remember and say,
My hands and I had a great first day!"
